LS3 Solutions provides telecommunications and software services to businesses. The organizations that use our services (for example an internet provider and its staff) are our customers; their administrators create the accounts their people sign in with. Contact: support@ls3solutions.ca.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Name, work email address and, if given, a mobile number — entered by your organization's administrator | To create your account, let you sign in, and show your name to the colleagues you work with. |
| Your phone extension and its sign-in details | To place and receive calls on your organization's phone system. The password is kept in your device's secure storage. |
| Messages, files and reactions you send in chat | To deliver them to the people in that conversation. Chats are end-to-end encrypted: our servers store them in a form we cannot read. |
| Calendar events and tasks you create in the app | To show them on your devices and to the colleagues you choose to share them with. |
| Call records kept by your organization's phone system (who called whom, when, how long) | To show your call history and, where your organization's role allows it, your team's live phone board. |
| Device push tokens | So an incoming call or message can wake the app. |
| Crash and call-quality reports (numbers only: no names, numbers dialled or message text) | To find and fix faults. |
| Messages you send through the chat on this website, and your email if you give it | To answer your question. |
We do not collect your contacts, photos or location. The microphone is used only during a call, so the person you call can hear you.
In Communications Bridge you can choose to link your own Google Calendar or Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365) calendar. Nothing is linked unless you start it yourself, and Google or Microsoft shows you exactly what is being asked before you agree.
