Billing Handled Bulk or per-unit billing models managed by LS3 — clean for your books, invisible to your property team.

Design it into the building — or retrofit it in.

New construction or existing building, the deployment fits the project.

1
Building design
For new builds, we work with your construction timeline. For retrofits, we assess existing risers and cabling and design around them.
2
Network + platform deployment
LS3 installs and lights the building network, provisions TV and internet to every unit, and tests before first occupancy.
3
Managed amenity
Residents get a connected unit from day one. LS3 manages the platform, support, and billing under one agreement with the building.
"The buildings that win leases aren't the ones with a gym nobody uses — they're the ones where the internet works the day you move in."

Common questions

From facility directors and operations teams evaluating a connectivity partner.

How does billing work — bulk or per-unit?
Both models are supported. Bulk agreements bill the building at a per-door rate; per-unit models let residents subscribe individually. LS3 manages billing either way.
Can this go into an existing building?
Yes. Retrofits are assessed against existing risers and in-suite wiring. Where infrastructure supports IP delivery, deployment proceeds without major construction.
What do residents get on move-in day?
A connected unit: internet live, TV ready, phone optional. No installer appointments, no carrier wait times — connectivity is part of the lease.
Where does LS3 operate?
LS3 serves MDU developments across Canada and the United States, headquartered in Toronto.
